Refund policy

We don't take payment upfront, so there is nothing to refund.

How payment works

1. You apply. Nothing is charged.
2. We prepare and file your application and deal with the authority's questions.
3. When the authority issues your number, we check it and send you a secure payment link.
4. Once payment clears, the number is released to your account.

If your application isn't successful

If the authority doesn't issue a number, you pay nothing.

If you cancel

You can cancel at any time before the number is issued, at no cost. Email hello@import-bureau.com with your application reference.

Once you have paid

Payment is taken only for a number that has been issued and checked, so we don't offer refunds after payment.

If the number we hand over is wrong because of a mistake we made, we will correct it free of charge.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
