Get an EORI number for Poland
Polish businesses get their EORI number, the numer EORI, through PUESC, Poland's tax and customs e-services platform. If your company is outside the EU, you don't need a Polish number: an EORI number from any EU country works in Poland. We file yours in the Netherlands.
Who issues EORI numbers in Poland
Applications go through PUESC. A business first registers its details on PUESC, then applies for the number there. The number is used for customs purposes only, with customs authorities in any EU country.
If your company is outside the EU
PUESC issues Polish EORI numbers to Polish companies, and to companies from outside the EU that don't already have one from another EU country. If your company already has an EU EORI number, you register on PUESC with that number and use it in Poland.
A company based in another EU country can't get a number through PUESC. It applies in its own country.
